By using the Site, submitting an intake form, or communicating with us through our chatbot or text messaging, you agree to these Terms.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through our intake form, chatbot, or by text message does not create an attorney-client relationship with Weldy Law Firm. An attorney-client relationship is established only after a written engagement agreement has been signed by both you and Weldy Law Firm. Any information you submit before such an agreement is signed is provided on a non-confidential basis, although Weldy Law Firm will use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information received through our intake process.

Information provided on the Site, through our chatbot, or in text messages is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on the Site without seeking advice from a licensed attorney.

SMS Text Messaging Program

Weldy Law Firm offers an SMS text messaging program for individuals who submit an intake inquiry and affirmatively consent to receive text messages. By checking the SMS consent box on our intake form, or by expressly agreeing to receive text messages through our chatbot, you agree to the following:

  • Program Description: Weldy Law Firm will send you text messages regarding your case inquiry, including intake follow-up, appointment reminders, and case status updates.
  • Consent is Not Required: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any legal services from Weldy Law Firm.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the nature and status of your inquiry.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
  • Help: For help, reply HELP to any text message from Weldy Law Firm, or contact us at contact@weldylawfirm.com or by phone.
  • Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how we collect and use your information.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party.

Intellectual Property
