An attorney-client relationship is established only after a written engagement agreement has been signed by both you and Weldy Law Firm. Any information you submit before such an agreement is signed is provided on a non-confidential basis, although Weldy Law Firm will use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information received through our intake process.
